Toni Cruz, Founder & Owner

With over 12 years of experience as a financial controller and accountant for various-sized private companies and public accounting firms, I have the experience to handle your financial questions! 

I started my career working in tax preparation and audit for public accounting firms, which gave me the experience to handle issues with diverse individual finances and with state or federal filings.  Subsequently, I have managed accounting departments for various companies in the construction and electric utility industries (ranging $200,000 to $100 million). Most recently, I handled the successful acquisition of a $40 million dollar construction service company, working closely with the owner through a year-long process of  law firm questions, new software implementation, and company-wide trainings.

My experience has taught me that not all companies are equally prepared to handle their financials and/or don't have the capability to grow their business, due to time constraints and lack of knowledge around accounting management.

Currently, I'm excited to share what I've learned with a more diverse clientele of companies and provide an efficient and organized approach to bookkeeping and administration.  I aspire to add a personal touch to make this often disliked aspect of business a little more fun and meaningful to you and your company!
