Toni Cruz has over 12 years of experience as a financial controller and accountant for various sized private companies and public accounting firms. With her range of experience, she has seen that not all companies are equally prepared to handle their financials and/or don't have the capabity to grow their business, due to the time constraints and lack of knowledge around accounting managemnet.

Her goal at CruzNest is to provide an efficient and organized approach to bookkeeping and administration with a personal touch to make this often disliked aspect of business a little more fun and meaningful.
